Chris Anthony and Kevin Swayne each caught three TD passes from Garcia and Jason Willis finished with 10 catches for 131 yards and two scores for New York (3-4).
Matt Nagy threw five TD passes for Columbus, including three to Derek Lee.
Rasheed Marshall finished with 251 all-purpose yards for the Destroyers (3-4).
