0 shoutsDENVER (Ticker) -- Russ Michna tossed six touchdown passes and ran for another score as the Chicago Rush posted a 65-52 victory over the Colorado Crush on Friday.
Michna completed 24-of-35 attempts for 289 yards and one interception for Chicago (7-2), which completed a season sweep of Colorado.
Damian Harrell, who caught eight passes for 72 yards and two TDs, hauled in his first score from four yards out just 61 seconds into the third quarter to give Chicago a 35-21 lead. Harrell's second touchdown made it 52-27 just 81 seconds into the final period.
A 27-year-old rookie, Michna is 4-0 as a starter for the Rush, who now hold a 3 1/2-game lead in the Central Division over both the Crush (3-5) and the Grand Rapids Rampage (3-5).
