Tiger-Cats re-sign Beswick
Feb 11, 2014 - 4:46 PM Hamilton, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Linebacker Marc Beswick has avoided free agency by signing a new deal with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.Beswick's extension runs through the 2016 season.
Beswick led the CFL with 24 special teams tackles last season while being named an East Division All-Star. The six-year veteran has been Hamilton's special teams tackle leader in each of the last four seasons.
The Saint Mary's product spent one season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers before signing with the Tiger-Cats in 2009.
