Saturday.

With the victory, the Desperados (14-1) became the first team in
AFL history to ever win 14 games in a season. The blowout
marked the second time this season that Dallas crushed New York
(5-10), as they posted a 60-7 rout in a Week One meeting.

Dolezel found Will Pettis twice in a 23-point first quarter,
highlighted by the Desperados defense that forced a safety on
the second play of the game. Willis Marshall returned the
subsequent free kick 56 yards for another score and a early 9-0
lead.

Jermaine Jones sparked a 13-point second-quarter when he
returned Rohan Davey's errant pass for the first of his two
interception returns for touchdowns, pushing the Dallas lead out
to 29-7. The defensive specialist struck again in the third
quarter, running the second one back 40 yards to extend the
Desperados' bulge to 50-7.
