Marlins' Mujica has fractured toe
Jun 30, 2012 - 6:21 PM Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Miami Marlins reliever Edward Mujica fractured his right pinky toe during Friday's 6-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.Mujica suffered the injury after being struck by a line drive off the bat of Placido Polanco in the seventh inning.
X-rays taken after the game revealed the fracture. He hopes to be back in a couple weeks.
In 35 games this season, Mujica is 0-3 with two saves and a 4.46 ERA.
