Oakland's Reddick activated

Jul 22, 2014 - 7:55 PM Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Oakland Athletics activated outfielder Josh Reddick from the 15-day disabled list Tuesday.

Reddick had been sidelined since June 29 with a right knee strain.

He is batting .229 with four home runs and 24 RBI over 54 games this season.

To make room on the roster, the A's optioned infielder Andy Parrino to Triple- A Sacramento.
