Mariners' Cano exits early due to dizziness

Aug 24, 2014 - 7:19 PM Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano left Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox due to dizziness.

Cano left the game in the bottom of the third inning with Yoenis Cespedes batting for the Red Sox.

Cano went 0-for-2 with a run scored before exiting. Brad Miller took over at second.
