Hornets top-pick Davis injures ankle
Jul 2, 2012 - 7:41 PM New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - The New Orleans Hornets first overall draft pick Anthony Davis sprained his ankle while working out at the club's practice facility on Saturday.Davis, who is among the players being considered for the American squad at the London Olympics, is officially listed as day-to-day.
The 6-foot-11 Kentucky product will be evaluated later in the week to determine his availability to practice with Team USA.
