Bucks sign Przybilla
Aug 10, 2012 - 12:20 AM Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - Joel Przybilla started his NBA career playing for Milwaukee in the 2000-01 season. On Thursday, the Bucks brought back the veteran 7-foot-1 center by signing him to a one-year contract.Although he was selected by Houston, Przybilla was sent to the Bucks via trade on draft night in 2000. Przybilla, 32, played for the Bucks the first 3 1/2 seasons until he was traded to Atlanta.
A 12-year veteran in the NBA, Przybilla has averaged 4.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 580 career games with Milwaukee, Atlanta, Portland and Charlotte. He averaged 2.0 points and 5.1 rebounds in 27 contests for the Trail Blazers last season.
