Raptors re-sign Patterson
Jul 12, 2014 - 10:58 PM Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Raptors re-signed forward Patrick Patterson on Saturday.Patterson, who was acquired in a seven-player trade in December that sent Rudy Gay to Sacramento, averaged 9.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in 48 games for the Raptors last season.
The 25-year-old contributed 10.4 points and 6.7 rebounds per game during Toronto's playoff series with Brooklyn.
The Kentucky product was selected by Houston in the first round of the 2010 NBA Draft and has played in 252 career games over four seasons with the Rockets, Sacramento and Toronto.
