Mavs' Rondo leaves with head injury
Feb 1, 2015 - 12:43 AM Orlando, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Dallas Mavericks point guard Rajon Rondo left Saturday's game against the Orlando Magic with a head injury and will not return.After Rondo got his feet tangled up with teammate Richard Jefferson and fell to the floor, Jefferson's knee collided with Rondo's face, and he also hit his head on the court. He was helped off the floor by the training staff and went right to the locker room.
Rondo played just 1:38 before sustaining the injury. Dallas was already without forward Chandler Parsons due to an illness.
