Magic waive Ben Gordon

Gordon played in 56 games last season with Orlando, averaging 6.2 points and 1.1 rebounds. He shot 36.1 percent from three-point range and 83.6 percent from the free-throw line.

Selected by Chicago in the first round (third overall) of the 2004 NBA Draft, Gordon has appeared in 744 career regular-season games (269 starts) with the Bulls, Detroit, Charlotte and Orlando, averaging 14.9 points per game.
