Holy Cross extends head coach Brown
Jul 10, 2012 - 9:22 PM Worcester, MA (Sports Network) - Holy Cross extended the contract of head men's basketball coach Milan Brown for one additional year on Tuesday.Brown is now under contract through the 2015-16 season.
Holy Cross has gone 16-12 in Patriot League play in two seasons under Brown. Overall, the team has gone 23-25. Last season, the Crusaders finished 15-14 and 9-5 in conference play, good for fourth place.
Prior to taking over at Holy Cross, Brown spent seven years as the head coach at Mount St. Mary's, reaching the postseason twice in his last three seasons with the Mountaineers.
