Report: Hood to enter NBA Draft
Apr 17, 2014 - 9:00 PM Durham, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Duke sophomore forward Rodney Hood declared for the NBA Draft on Thursday, according to a report by the Charlotte Observer.The 22-year-old Hood, who played one year at Mississippi State before transferring to Duke, averaged 16.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game this past season.
He is expected to be a mid-to-late first round pick.
Earlier Thursday, Blue Devils freshman forward Jabari Parker also announced his intention to enter the NBA Draft.
Duke fell to 14th-seeded Mercer in the second round of this past year's NCAA Tournament.
No one has shouted yet.
