George Washington (2-1) at No. 1 UCLA (6-0) 10:30 pm EST
LOS ANGELES (Ticker) - Despite missing its point guard for the first six games of the season, top-ranked UCLA will be looking to go 7-0 when it hosts George Washington on Wednesday.
But things could get even better for the Bruins as junior point guard Darren Collison, who has been out with a left knee sprain, completed his first full practice on Tuesday and is listed as a game-time decision for the contest.
Even without the preseason All-American, UCLA has cruised behind freshman Kevin Love.
Love, who was named Pac-10 Player of the Week on Monday - is averaging 19.3 points and 10.5 rebounds for the Bruins, who have won five of their six games by double digits. UCLA is coming off an 81-47 victory over Yale on Friday.
Rob Diggs is scoring 20.0 points per game to lead the Colonials, who are coming off an 89-87 loss to Maryland-Baltimore County on Saturday.
George Washington is 2-4 all-time against No. 1 ranked teams with both victories coming against Massachusetts in 1994 and 1995. It is also the first-ever meeting between the two schools.
