Sykes' double-double helps Rutgers beat Cincinnati
Jan 7, 2012 - 10:11 PM Piscataway, NJ (Sports Network) - April Sykes scored 11 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, leading the 10th-ranked Rutgers Scarlet Knights to a 58-47 victory over the Cincinnati Bearcats.Monique Oliver added 15 points for the Scarlet Knights (13-2, 2-0 Big East), who have won four in a row. Khadijah Rushdan donated nine points and seven boards.
Bjonee Reaves ended with 15 points for the Bearcats (9-7, 0-3), who have dropped two straight since a three-game winning streak. Dayeesha Hollins and Chanel Chisholm each had nine points.
Cincinnati fell to 0-8 all-time against Rutgers.
