South Carolina's Taylor to return for senior season
Jan 9, 2012 - 3:01 PM Columbia, SC (Sports Network) - South Carolina defensive end Devin Taylor has decided to return for his senior season.Taylor started all 13 games for the Gamecocks in 2011, accumulating 42 tackles with 8 1/2 for loss. He added six sacks.
"I still have some things I'd like to accomplish at Carolina before I go to the next level," said Taylor in a statement.
The 6-foot-7 South Carolina native has 116 tackles and 15 1/2 sacks in his three seasons with the Gamecocks. He was an All-SEC pick in 2010 after compiling 13 tackles for loss and 7 1/2 sacks.
