South Carolina CB Gilmore to enter NFL Draft
Jan 9, 2012 - 7:48 PM Columbia, SC (Sports Network) - South Carolina cornerback Stephon Gilmore has decided to forgo his senior season to enter the NFL Draft.Gilmore started all 40 games for the Gamecocks over the past three seasons, earning first-team All-SEC honors in 2010.
He recorded a team-high four interceptions this past season, including one in a victory over Nebraska in the Capital One Bowl.
The 6-1, 193-pounder finished his college career with eight interceptions, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
