Arkansas State accepts third consecutive GoDaddy Bowl invitation

Dec 2, 2013 - 7:33 PM Mobile, AL (SportsNetwork.com) - Arkansas State has accepted an invitation to play a team from the Mid-American Conference in the 15th annual GoDaddy Bowl game on Jan. 5, 2014, at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

The Red Wolves are 7-5 this season, with a 5-2 record in the Sun Belt Conference.

Arkansas State will play in the GoDaddy Bowl for a third consecutive year. In 2012, Northern Illinois of the Mid-American Conference defeated the Red Wolves 38-20. The next year, Arkansas State returned, defeating Mid-American Conference member Kent State, 17-13.
