USC junior S Bailey leaving for NFL
Dec 23, 2013 - 9:09 PM Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Junior USC safety Dion Bailey announced Monday he is leaving for the NFL.Bailey, 21, led the Trojans with five interceptions and ranked fourth with 61 tackles this season.
"I would like to thank the Trojan family for all the support throughout my time here at USC," Bailey tweeted. "Without the teammates, coaches, and administration I had here, this opportunity would not be possible."
Bailey said now he gets to live his dream and called it "the best day of my life."
The three-year starter has already earned his degree, according to USC.
