Third Utah State player released from hospital after crash
Jul 1, 2015 - 12:14 AM SALT LAKE CITY (AP) Another player has been released from the hospital following a car accident that hospitalized four Utah State football players and a former softball player.The university updated defensive lineman Edmund Faimalo's status Tuesday afternoon.
The Utah Highway Patrol says all five injured in the crash were not wearing seatbelts when their SUV was struck by a semi carrying 52,000 pounds of milk.
All four football players were defensive linemen. Adewald Adeoye and John Taylor were previously released.
The school said that Travis Seefeldt, who was driving, and Sarah Vasquez, remained hospitalized Tuesday but ''continue to improve.''
Truck driver Steve Randall, 46, and his 11-year-old son were medically cleared on the scene.
The semi hit the SUV on the driver's side and had the right of way.
No one has shouted yet.
