Texans' Johnson said surgery won't keep him out of camp
May 21, 2012 - 6:52 PM Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson said Monday he underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his knee a couple of weeks ago.Johnson did not participate in organized team activities Monday, but added that the surgery won't keep him out of training camp later this summer.
It was a tough 2011 season for Johnson, who played just seven games because of separate hamstring injuries and caught only 33 passes for 492 yards with two touchdowns. He added 13 catches for 201 yards and a touchdown in two playoff games.
