Seahawks sign Edwards
Aug 1, 2012 - 12:33 AM Renton, WA (Sports Network) - The Seattle Seahawks signed wide receiver Braylon Edwards on Tuesday."I like what they've got going on here," Edwards said. "Just walking and talking to these guys. When I came on my interview, it's just a high, positive organization."
Edwards signed a one-year deal prior to 2011 with the San Francisco 49ers and finished with 15 catches and 181 yards before being waived on December 27.
The former third-overall pick has made 341 catches for 5,323 yards with 39 touchdowns over eight seasons with the Browns, Jets and 49ers.
