Bucs claim WR Shipley off waivers
Aug 20, 2012 - 9:00 PM Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers claimed wide receiver Jordan Shipley off waivers from the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday.The 26-year-old Texas product, who caught 52 passes for 600 yards and three touchdowns as a rookie with the Bengals in 2010, tore his anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee last season during Week 2.
Cincinnati cut Shipley on August 17 after the injury limited his effectiveness during training camp.
