Redskins ink third-round pick Reed
May 24, 2013 - 6:57 PM Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - The Washington Redskins have signed tight end Jordan Reed, the team's third-round pick in April's draft.Reed, the last of seven Washington draft picks to sign with the team, started 26-of-36 career games while at the University of Florida.
As a junior last season, the 22-year-old was a first-team All-SEC selection after hauling in 45 passes for 559 yards and three touchdowns. He finished his collegiate career with 79 catches for 945 yards and six scores.
