Rams add Shaun Hill
Apr 1, 2014 - 12:02 PM St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The St. Louis Rams have signed quarterback Shaun Hill, who spent the past four seasons in Detroit.Hill has also played for San Francisco and Minnesota since entering the NFL in 2002. He has 26 career starts, but none since 2010 when he started 10 games for the Lions.
The 34-year-old Maryland product threw for 2,686 yards with 16 touchdowns and 12 interceptions during his extended playing time in 2010, but appeared in just four games over the past three years as the backup to Matthew Stafford.
Hill also started 16 games for the 49ers. Overall, he has completed 61.9 percent of his passes for 6,381 yards with 41 touchdowns and 23 interceptions.
