Redskins reunite with Ryan Clark
Apr 2, 2014 - 3:13 PM Ashburn, VA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Washington Redskins signed free-agent safety Ryan Clark on Wednesday.Clark, 34, begins a second stint with the Redskins. He started 24-of-28 games for Washington in 2004 and 2005, and he rejoins the club after spending the past eight seasons with Pittsburgh. He helped the Steelers win Super Bowl XLIII and earned his lone Pro Bowl selection in 2011.
The LSU product has amassed 807 tackles, 15 interceptions and 3 1/2 sacks in 161 career games (137 starts). He played his first two NFL seasons with the New York Giants before the Redskins signed him.
