Saints sign FB Greg Jones
Aug 6, 2014 - 9:40 PM White Sulphur Springs, WV (SportsNetwork.com) - The New Orleans Saints have signed fullback Greg Jones, the team announced Wednesday.Jones was originally a second-round draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2004. He spent the first nine years of his NFL career in Jacksonville before spending the 2013 season with the Houston Texans.
In 131 career games (72 starts), Jones has carried the ball 272 times for 913 yards with 10 touchdowns. The Florida State product also has 73 receptions for 471 yards and three scores.
