Redskins' Jackson active in return to Philly

Sep 21, 2014 - 3:54 PM Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson will suit up for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jackson missed two practices during the week due to a shoulder injury and was a limited participant on Friday.

The speedy wideout suffered a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder during last week's game against Jacksonville trying to catch a pass from Kirk Cousins, who had replaced injured starting quarterback Robert Griffin III, and will start Sunday.

Jackson was signed in the offseason after the Eagles abruptly cut him and has nine catches for 81 yards.

The Cal product spent six years in Philadelphia after being selected in the second round of the 2008 draft and last season led the team with 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns.
