Dolphins sign veteran DT Mosley

Jun 11, 2015 - 2:54 AM Davie, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Dolphins signed defensive tackle C.J. Mosley to a one-year contract on Wednesday.

The 10-year veteran played the last two seasons with Detroit, playing in 31 games (nine starts). In 129 games with the Lions, Jaguars, Browns, Jets and Vikings, Mosley has tallied 136 tackles and 14 sacks after being drafted in the sixth round by Minnesota in 2005.

Mosley joins fellow defensive tackle and former Lion Ndamukong Suh in Miami after Suh signed a contract that made him the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history in March.

Miami also waived defensive tackle Kamal Johnson.
