Ducks sign C Winnik
Jul 20, 2012 - 11:39 PM Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - The Anaheim Ducks signed center Daniel Winnik to a two-year contract on Friday.Per club policy, no financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Winnik had eight goals and 15 assists in 84 games between Colorado and San Jose last season. His 84 games were the most in the NHL since Sean Avery played 84 in 2006-07.
The 27-year-old has scored 37 goals and 101 points in five seasons with Phoenix, Colorado and San Jose.
