Jets extend D Enstrom
Jul 27, 2012 - 8:10 PM Winnipeg, MB (Sports Network) - The Winnipeg Jets agreed to a multi-year contract extension with defenseman Tobias Enstrom.Per club policy, terms of the deal were not announced.
Enstrom, who was entering the final year of his contract, had six goals and 27 assists in 62 games with Winnipeg last season.
The 28-year-old native of Sweden has netted 32 goals in his career to go along with 172 assists in 380 games.
Enstrom serves as an assistant captain for the club and is fourth in Atlanta/Winnipeg history with 204 points.
