Preds sign D Hannan
Aug 17, 2012 - 4:29 PM Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Nashville Predators signed defenseman Scott Hannan to a one-year, $1 million contract on Friday.Hannan appeared in 78 games for the Calgary Flames last season, collecting two goals and 10 assists with a minus-10 rating.
The 23rd overall pick by San Jose in the 1997 NHL Draft, Hannan has amassed 33 goals, 164 assists and 522 penalty minutes over 908 career games with the Sharks, Avalanche, Capitals and Flames.
