Coyotes buy out Ribeiro
Jun 28, 2014 - 4:18 PM Glendale, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - The Arizona Coyotes bought out center Mike Ribeiro on Friday.Details of the buyout were not disclosed.
"The Coyotes have initiated a buyout of the remaining three years of Mike Ribeiro's contract," said Coyotes GM Don Maloney in a statement.
"We wish Mike the best of luck in the future and thank him for his contributions with the Coyotes," Maloney added.
Ribeiro spent just one season with the Coyotes, scoring 16 goals and dishing out 31 assists in 80 games. Over his 14-year career, Ribeiro has 202 goals and 454 assists.
