Red Wings, DeKeyser agree to 2-year deal
Sep 16, 2014 - 11:48 PM Detroit, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Red Wings and restricted free agent defenseman Danny DeKeyser agreed to terms on a two-year contract on Tuesday.The 24-year-old Michigan native participated in 65 games last season, totaling four goals and 19 assists with a plus-10 rating. He was held scoreless in a five-game first-round playoff loss to the Bruins.
A Western Michigan product and left-handed shooter, DeKeyser has collected 24 points in 76 NHL contests over the last two campaigns.
