Hammond headlines NHL's three stars
Mar 2, 2015 - 5:15 PM New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Ottawa Senators goaltender Andrew Hammond took top billing when the NHL named its weekly Three Stars on Monday.Hammond earned the First Star after going 3-0-0 with a 0.67 goals-against average, .978 save percentage and two shutouts.
Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban was named the Second Star after pacing the league with five assists and tying for the lead with six points.
Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin claimed the Third Star after registering two goals and four assists in two games.
