- OAKLAND, Calif. - Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder try to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference final against the Golden State Warriors, who were handed just their third home loss all season at Oracle Arena in Game 1. Game starts 9 p.m.

- BALTIMORE - Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist and the rest of the Preakness field receive their post positions for Saturday's race. Draw starts 5 p.m.

- NEW YORK - Gio Gonzalez pitches for the Washington Nationals against Bartolo Colon and the New York Mets in the middle game of the series between NL East rivals. Game starts 7:10 p.m.

- TAMPA, Fla. - The Pittsburgh Penguins and Tampa Bay Lightning meet in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference final. The series is tied 1-1. Game starts 8 p.m.

- SAN JOSE, Calif. - When coach Peter DeBoer took over the San Jose Sharks he wanted to make sure they were more than just a power-pay team. While the rest of their game has improved, their play on the man advantage has been their barometer for success this postseason.

- Once again, Novak Djokovic heads to the French Open knowing full well that a title there will complete a career Grand Slam, something only seven other men have done. This time, there is even more at stake: Owner of a 21-match winning streak at Grand Slam tournaments, he can become the first man in nearly 50 years to claim four consecutive major championships.

- IRVING, Texas - Jordan Spieth is back home, playing in the tournament he and his father have hopped a fence to watch and at the TPC course where as a 16-year-old he played his first PGA Tour event. He is also motivated to be No. 1 again.

- NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson does voiceover work for Nickelodeon and Martin Truex Jr. helps fight ovarian cancer in honor of his girlfriend.

- ATLANTA - In its effort to get more kids swimming and spread the message of water safety, USA Swimming is trying to draw on some star power. Not just those who have won gold medals, but singers and actors who can really relate to young people.

- SEATTLE - Sue Bird understands a transition is in place. That she won't be the face of the WNBA's Seattle Storm much longer, with Jewell Loyd and Breanne Stewart now in place.
