Red Wings activate D Rafalski
Mar 4, 2008 - 11:21 PM DETROIT (Ticker) -- The Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday activated defenseman Brian Rafalski from injured reserve.Rafalski, who has missed the last eight contests with a groin strain, has 10 goals and 46 points in 59 games this season.
A native of Dearborn, Michigan, Rafalski spent seven seasons in the NHL with New Jersey, helping the Devils to Stanley Cup championships in 2000 and 2003.
He has 54 tallies and 303 assists in 600 games with the Devils and Red Wings.
