C Sidney Crosby ended the playoffs with a four-game points 
streak (two goals, four assists) and ended up tied for the 
postseason scoring lead with Detroit's Henrik Zetterberg with 27
points.  Zetterberg, however, is recognized as the scoring 
leader by virtue of having seven more goals (13). ... RW Marian 
Hossa scored a goal in each of the last three games of the 
Finals, adding four assists over that span.  He ended up with 26
points to place third in the postseason. ... D Sergei Gonchar 
had an assist in each of his final three games of the 
postseason. ... The Penguins had won each of their first two 
trips to the Stanley Cup Finals in 1991 and 1992.  Pittsburgh is
10-6 all-time in the championship round. ... The Penguins 
completed the postseason 21-for-92 on the power play for a 
conversion rate of 22.8 percent that ranked third among playoff 
teams.  Their power play at Mellon Arena was 12-for-55 (27.3 
percent). ... Pittsburgh's penalty kill was successful on 74 of 
85 opponent chances (87.1 percent) to also rank third.
