Crew's Anor suffers season-ending injury
Jul 17, 2012 - 6:34 PM Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - Columbus Crew midfielder Bernardo Anor suffered a torn ACL on Saturday and will miss the rest of the season, the MLS club announced Tuesday.The 24-year-old Venezuelan was injured in the second half of the match against Sporting Kansas City. He will undergo surgery later this month and will be out eight to 10 months.
Anor appeared in 11 games this season, including five starts, and had one goal for the Crew. He appeared in 13 matches last year.
