The 10th-seeded Na defeated two seeded players to reach the semis, She disposed of eight-seeded Italian Sara Errani in the third round and then cruised past second-seeded Pole Agnieszka Radwanska in the quarterfinals on the hardcourts at Uniprix Stadium.
She fired five aces and won 4-of-7 break points in a 6-4, 6-2 win over Errani before taking 5-of-10 break points in an impressive 6-2, 6-1 victory over Radwanska, who dispatched South Africa's Chanelle Scheepers 6-2, 6-4 earlier Saturday.
The seventh-seeded Dane Wozniacki dropped Aleksandra Wozniak of Canada in the quarters 6-4, 6-4, and got past Varvara Lepchenko, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the third round.
Wozniak ousted American Christina McHale 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 in a third-round match earlier in the day.
In the other two quarterfinal matches, fifth seeded Czech Petra Kvitova downed Austrian Tamira Paszek 6-3, 6-2 and 16th seeded Czech Lucie Safarova beat Roberta Vinci of Italy, 6-2, 6-2.
Paszek cruised to a 6-3, 6-0 decision over Spain's Carla Suarez Navarro to get to the quarters, while Vinci upset sixth-seeded German Angelique Kerber 6-2, 7-6 (9-7) to advance.
The 2012 Rogers Cup champ will pocket $385,000.
