About Me:
I work as a meteorologist for the U.S. Air Force, but am an avid sports nut. Those who know me best will tell you that I'm always talking sports, and match-ups past, present, and future. Love me some sports...the more picks available to me the better...I pick them all!!!

Favorite Sports Quotes/Cliches:
"Practice? We're not talkin' about the game, we're talkin' about practice." Allen Iverson's news conference in regards to missing practice. Classic.
The "Playoffs" bit at the news conference with Coach Mora of the Indianapolis Colts. Another gem.

Favorite Sports Moment:
Watching both Louisville comebacks in the 2013 NCAA Men's Final Four in Atlanta and seeing Kevin Ware cut down the nets. Truly amazing. Louisville winning the NCAA tournament in 1986. I was only 5 years old, but vividly remember the win 72-69 over Duke. Another great moment would be Louisville winning the 2006 Orange Bowl over Wake Forest. The St. Louis Cardinals winning the World Series in 2006 over the Detroit Tigers in 5 games. And of course, the Colts Superbowl win. The Louisville Cardinals make one of the greatest comebacks in college basketball down 63-45 with under 6 minutes to play to edge out the Marquette Golden Eagles to win 71-70. What's tops though would have to be the 2011 World Series run for the Cardinals. What a longshot to even make the postseason. What an epic run that team had...one of the most epic comebacks in all of sports...that will be talked about for a LONG time!

Players You Love to Hate:
I don't hate players who play the game like they're supposed to. Those that don't (we all know who they are) I do despise.
Best Game You've Attended:
In the left field stands watching Mark McGwire of the St. Louis Cardinals break the all-time (at that time it was held by Roger Maris) HR record at Busch Stadium Labor Day Weekend of 1998.
