No alarm at Lever's contract stance: Crows
Jul 12, 2017 - 4:13 AM Sought-after Adelaide defender Jake Lever's move to postpone a decision on his AFL future isn't alarming his Crows teammates.Lever is a target several clubs in his native Victoria and says he may not decide his future until nearer the end of his Adelaide contract, which expires at season's end.
"That is a player's right ... that is just the evolution of the way players and contracts and player movement is heading," Lever's teammate Josh Jenkins told reporters on Wednesday.
