Oct 23, 2009 - 1:04 PM AIGLE, Switzerland(AP) -- The International Cycling Union has provisionally suspended French rider Aurelien Duval for doping with a banned stimulant.

The UCI said Friday that 21-year-old Duval tested positive for norfenfluramine during the Circuit Franco-Belge race on Oct. 1.
