The Boston Celtics are coming off a 108-91 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday. The Celtics are starting to see JD Davison progress, as he added 28 points with 10 assists and five rebounds in under 33 minutes of action. Juhann Begarin and Justin Jackson came close to adding 20 points, while Trevion Williams came off the bench to add an 11-point double-double.
The Celtics aren’t that deep regarding the bench, but the starters (and Williams) are starting to click.
Meanwhile, the Nets are coming off a 102-83 win over the Timberwolves on Thursday. In that game, the starting lineup scored a combined 86 points. But just like the Celtics, the depth just isn’t there. The starters, along with Alondes Williams and Kaiser Gates, are doing most of the work.
As long as both starting lineups play 30 minutes of action and keep this game close, I’ll side with the over. Both lineups have a ton of offensive talent, which will be showcased in tonight’s game.
