Wake Forest vs. Memphis: The Wake Forest Demon Deacons finally had a close one go their way as Myles Colvin provided the heroics in their 69-68 win over the Memphis Tigers in the Baha Mar consolation game. Trailing 68-66 with less than 5 seconds left, Steve Forbes drew up the perfect play to free up Colvin for the 3-pointer to beat the buzzer and steal the win. Tre'Von Spillers had a heck of a game for the Deacs, finishing with a game-high tying 24 points on 8-13 shooting to go along with 6 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal. Colvin scored 19 points on 7-12 shooting in the win. Doug McDaniel also scored 24 points to lead Penny Hardaway's club in a losing effort.
