RB Charcandrick West returned to practice in full this week after missing the season finale with the flu.
The Chiefs listed several players on the injury report the last few weeks with an illness, but only West appears on the report this week. West could see duty as a kickoff returner in addition to his role as backup to RB Kareem Hunt.
