Lee's shutout caps Phillies' sweep of Marlins

In his nine innings of work, Lee (7-5) gave up only two hits and fanned four while walking two. He went 2-for-3 at the plate.
"Anytime you can go nine innings and they don't score, you've got to be happy with that," Lee said. "It feels good to give the team a chance to win and contribute."
Ryan Howard hit a solo home run, Jimmy Rollins had an RBI double and Shane Victorino chipped in with a pair of hits for the Phillies, who saw their winning streak extended to a season-high seven games.
Javier Vazquez (3-7) pitched five innings in defeat, giving up two runs on eight hits for Florida, which has now lost seven consecutive games and 15 of 16.
Mike Stanton and Logan Morrison collected the only hits for the Marlins.
The game remained scoreless until the Phillies broke through in the fourth inning. After a two-out single by Michael Martinez, Lee helped his own cause by ripping a hanging breaking ball from Vazquez off the top of the right-field wall -- inches away from a home run -- to give the Phillies the lead.
Philadelphia expanded its advantage in the fifth on Howard's opposite field blast, his 15th home run of the year.
The Phillies added another run in the sixth. Domonic Brown led off with a single to center and Rollins doubled to right with two outs off Mike Dunn to make it a three-run margin.
Florida was unable to generate any offense against Lee, and has been shut out five times this season.
"That was a tough series. We battled, the guys are playing hard," Marlins manager Edwin Rodriguez said. "We ran into very good pitching. We just have to regroup and start again tomorrow."
