Final/11
Arizona rallies to nip Colorado in 11

Arizona trailed, 2-0, heading into the ninth, and home runs from Gerardo Parra and Young off Huston Street gave the Chase Field crowd extra baseball.
Matt Belisle (2-2) relieved Franklin Morales in the home 11th, and Young greeted the reliever with a double high off the center field wall. After Kelly Johnson struck out, Upton's pop up down the right field line was out of a diving Seth Smith's reach, and Young raced around to conclude Arizona's third win in four games.
Colorado's Jason Hammel scattered four hits and three walks in seven scoreless innings and left the game in the hands of Street, who was a perfect 11-for-11 in save chances coming in.
But with one out Parra drove an inside pitch out of the ballpark to left- center field, and Young pulled a breaking pitch into the seats over the left field wall two batters later to tie the game.
"We've seen Huston a few times this year, so you kind of have a plan against him. He's been going to his slider quite a bit lately, so you try to be ready for it," Young said. "He left me one over the middle. Normally he paints with it, but he left me one over the middle and gave me a chance."
Ian Kennedy gave up two runs on six hits and three walks in a six-inning start for the Diamondbacks, whose bullpen gave up just one hit and one walk over five frames.
"Our situational hitting tonight was bad," said Rockies manager Jim Tracy, whose club went 1-for-12 with runners in scoring position.
The Rockies had just one baserunner from the fifth through the 10th innings, then put their first two hitters on in the 11th and failed to score, as David Hernandez (2-0) got Todd Helton on a foul out to third and fanned both Smith and Ian Stewart.
The Rockies pushed a run across in the second as Smith clubbed a leadoff double to right, moved to third on a wild pitch and scored on Jose Morales' sacrifice fly.
Again, a leadoff two-bagger turned into a run for the visitors in the fourth. Helton doubled to right and came around to score on Morales' single to center.
Game Notes
Colorado has not won a series in the desert since September 18-20, 2009...Arizona ended a 6-4 homestand...The Rockies have lost four of six overall...Young and Colorado's Dexter Fowler each had three hits...Helton's double in the fourth moved him past Lou Gehrig and into 30th place on the all- time list with 535 two-baggers.
