Devil Rays' RHP Jackson leaves game with hand injury

Jun 19, 2007 - 7:00 AM PHOENIX (Ticker) -- Tampa Bay Devil Rays righthander Edwin Jackson left Monday's game with the Arizona Diamondbacks in the fifth inning with an apparent hand injury.

Jackson, who allowed two runs and four hits in 4 2/3 innings, was attempting to win a game for the first time since September 25, 2005.

"There was a little cramping up, something I had before, nothing serious," Jackson said. "I just came out because of precautionary measures."

Tampa Bay won, 10-2.
